My Story
Hi, I’m Jack, Founder and Group Manager of One Stop Solution Advisory. I graduated from the University of Malaya with a degree in Economics (Applied Statistics), then spent my early years exploring different paths: business development manager, our family furniture business, a hardware store, and even a certification in interior design.
Along the way I realised I wanted to build my own path, not someone else’s. Financial planning was the right fit. I pursued my interest in financial and estate planning and qualified as an Associate Registered Financial Planner, Certified Life Planning Advisor and Will & Trust Specialist. Today I have more than 10 years of experience in financial services and agency management.
I’m passionate about leading the OSSA team and developing new leaders. Excellence, integrity and honest communication are at the heart of how I work, because they build real, long-term relationships and help clients make wise financial decisions.
